1. Scope of Facilitation
NumberWali acts solely as an independent brokerage and facilitation platform connecting buyers of premium and VIP phone numbers with registered telecom SIM inventory. We do not manufacture or issue telecom spectrum.
2. KYC & Transfer Compliance
All mobile number transfers are executed under standard Mobile Number Portability (MNP) guidelines issued by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). The buyer is required to undergo the applicable KYC process with their chosen telecom carrier.
3. Reservation & Booking
Numbers are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of booking confirmation via WhatsApp or official invoicing. Once a Unique Porting Code (UPC) is issued, it remains valid for the regulatory period (typically 4 days).
4. No General Customer Accounts
Our marketplace is open and does not require or store customer account registrations. Shortlisted numbers on the Wishlist are stored strictly in client browser localStorage and can be shared via WhatsApp.
